Further facilities offered by the Centre are special film nights and the use of its Library of books, DVD’s, and CD’s for students and the public wishing to research or learn more about choices in health care. There is a policy of no lending but a study room is provided. |

The social services provided by the Centre include contacts for the elderly in urgent need of pet care if admitted to hospital, re-homing, lost & found pets and a support link to welfare groups. |

Sarndra Urwin (Director) is New Zealand’s most respected animal health practitioner, using her training in nursing, vet nursing, NLP, homeopathy, herbal medicine, the flower essences and adult education qualifications. She has been in practice for over 40 years and provides the course material for New Zealand’s first NZQA approved Diploma in Applied Natural Animal Health. Sarndra is a well-known writer on holistic animal health issues and features on Radio Live National Talkback with Keith Stewart.
